The short version: in guest mode your workouts live on your device and no account exists on our servers. Signing in adds an encrypted-in-transit synced copy. You can export everything to CSV at any time for free, and deleting your account cascades through all your synced data — verified, not a support-ticket queue.

We're precise about guest mode: your training data stays on your device and no account of any kind is created on our servers, though standard analytics and crash telemetry run. "No signup, no personal data required to start" is the claim we can stand behind — so it's the one we make.
Export anytime — never paywalled
Everyone can export workouts and measurements to CSV, free, via the system share sheet. It works offline. Body-measurement export currently covers date and weight; we'll update this page when that scope grows. See how to export.
Versioned backups, one-tap restore
Kustos snapshots your data automatically — daily, and after workouts when you leave the app. Backups are versioned, so a bad state yesterday doesn't poison your only copy. Sign in and your data also syncs to your account, so a new phone gets everything back in one tap. How backups work.
Delete means delete
Account deletion cascades through your synced workouts, measurements, social content, and the account record itself. It's implemented and tested — not a "submit a request and wait" flow. Step-by-step.
